Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior QA Tester with strong Mobile Testing experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have experience testing complex mobile and web applications, a strong eye for edge cases, and the ability to identify issues beyond standard test scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute predefined test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform exploratory, regression, usability, compatibility, and release testing across mobile and web platforms.
- Test complex communication workflows, security features, and enterprise-grade application behavior.
- Perform edge-case and failure-scenario testing to proactively identify vulnerabilities and product risks.
- Validate fixes and log defects with clarity.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to improve product quality.
- Support release readiness testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of strong experience in Manual(Mobile) testing, preferably in secure or enterprise-level applications.
- Strong expertise in test case design, execution, and defect tracking, with a sharp eye for edge cases.
- Ability to think beyond standard testing and actively try to break applications (similar to real-world apps like messaging or collaboration platforms).
- Must have experience with mobile testing (Android/iOS), including working with rooted/jail broken devices.
- Good understanding of network-level testing, including use of tools like Network Link Conditioner
- Experience with security testing tools such as Burp Suite or similar for identifying vulnerabilities and request/response manipulation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues deeply and independently.
- Familiarity with tools such as BrowserStack, Postman, etc is a must.
Good to Have
- Exposure to automation testing frameworks.
- Experience in TypeScript, Python, or Java for automation testing.
- Knowledge of load and stress testing tools such as JMeter or Artillery.
- Experience testing secure, enterprise-level, or communication-based applications.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
