We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) and Administration. The ideal candidate shall have experience in both areas, and will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and employee administration.
Responsibilities:
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
● Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
● Manage employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
● Handle employee queries related to HR policies
● Administer employee performance management processes and track progress.
● Maintain HR documents, including contracts, personal records, and performance reviews.
● Assist in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
● Support HR initiatives and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Employee Administration.
● Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
● Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
