We're looking for a Marketing Manager / Senior Social Media Manager who can lead client accounts, drive creative strategy, manage teams, and ensure every campaign delivers impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Plan & oversee monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Manage end-to-end client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and copywriters.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Coordinate with performance marketing and SEO teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Review creative assets before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables while maintaining high creative standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferably within a creative or digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Good communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience leading creative teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is an added advantage.
