Core Responsibilities
- Dish Preparation: Creating salads, canapés, hors d'oeuvres, sandwiches, and cold soups.
- Preservation & Charcuterie: Managing techniques like curing, smoking, and assembling charcuterie and terrines.
- Plating & Presentation: Emphasizing the aesthetic appeal and intricate garnishes of cold dishes.
- Food Safety: Managing perishable inventory, ensuring cold-storage temperatures are strictly maintained, and following strict hygiene standards
Key Requirements & Skills
- Culinary Knowledge: A deep understanding of food preservation, curing, and smoking techniques.
- Equipment Proficiency: Expert handling of equipment like meat slicers, juicers, cryovacs, and mandolines.
- Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to fine details
Candidates from Mumbai will be preferred
Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
