Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Relationship Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong institutional relationships and driving student engagement through various academic and career-oriented activities.
Key Responsibilities
● Visit schools and colleges regularly to establish and maintain strong institutional partnerships.
● Meet Principals, Directors, and Academic Heads to introduce My Mentor’s services and create collaboration opportunities.
● Plan and conduct engaging student activities such as: ○ Seminars ○ Webinars ○ Quiz Competitions ○ IELTS Mock Tests ○ Career Guidance Sessions
● Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and ensure a positive and professional relationship.
● Identify and maintain a database of potential institutions and prospects using Google Drive or company CRM tools.
● Coordinate with internal teams to execute events and ensure high-quality delivery.
● Convert institutional relationships into student enrollments and business opportunities.
Key Requirements
● Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Education)
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal abilities
● Willingness to travel frequently within the city and nearby regions
● Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
