Job Title: Inside Sales Engineer
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and support the end-to-end sales process.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial/PEB or construction products is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
