About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative Civil Engineering Freshers to join our team at Asymptotes. The selected candidates will work on designing and developing practical civil engineering models, construction-based experiments, STEM activities, and hands-on learning projects for students.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about structures, construction, innovation, model-making, and practical education.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop civil engineering experiments and demonstration models for students.
- Create working models related to bridges, buildings, dams, roads, hydraulic systems, and structural concepts.
- Assist in developing STEM and innovation lab activities.
- Work on prototype building, fabrication, and testing of models.
- Support interdisciplinary engineering and robotics projects.
- Collaborate with academic teams to simplify engineering concepts through practical learning.
- Research innovative and interactive methods for teaching civil engineering concepts.
- Maintain lab equipment, tools, and project materials.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and structural concepts.
- Hands-on approach toward model-making and experimentation.
- Knowledge of construction materials, surveying basics, and structural systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or basic design software is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Eligibility
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with project experience in construction models, structural design, surveying, CAD, or innovation projects will be preferred.
