What is in it for you?
As a Lead Engineer - Site Reliability Engineering, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
- Responsible in L4 Support / Production Support Engineer / SRE for AWS cloud and enterprise applications
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and SLA/SLO compliance for distributed production systems.
- Own and resolve P1/P2 incidents end-to-end, including escalation management and on-call response.
- Provide L4 production support for Cloud-native and enterprise applications, triage issues across app, middleware, and infra.
- Perform deep troubleshooting and debugging at infrastructure and application levels, and tune performance and stability.
- Conduct RCA and post-mortem analysis; drive permanent fixes and automation to prevent recurrence and reduce MTTR.
- Build and improve monitoring/ing/logging with AWS CloudWatch; analyze logs/metrics/traces to detect anomalies.
- Support CI/CD and enterprise deployments including GitLab pipelines, release management, change coordination, and rollback readiness.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Dev/DevOps/QA/vendors), and document updates and action plans.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -
- Strong AWS fundamentals: VPC/networking, EC2/Auto Scaling/Lambda, S3/EBS/EFS, API Gateway, CloudFront, IAM, CloudTrail.
- Strong experience in L3/L4 production/application support
- Exposure to tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK (optional but valuable)
- Performance tuning and system reliability improvement
- Experience in supporting enterprise-scale deployments
- Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting/Bash
- Automating operational tasks and monitoring workflows
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, Vendors)
- Ability to document incidents, updates, and action plans clearly
Good to Have Skills: -
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Exposure to Terraform/CloudFormation (IaC)
- Familiarity with Ansible or configuration management tools
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL)/NoSQL
- Experience in middleware (Nginx, Apache, Web servers)
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management aligned with ITIL framework
- Awareness of Cloud security best practices and IAM governance
