Frames India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to establish and expand our market presence in Coimbatore.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales background, excellent business development skills, and the leadership ability to build and manage a successful sales team. Experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, property development, or related sectors will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Coimbatore region.
Build strong relationships with property owners, investors, architects, consultants, builders, and corporate clients.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Establish sales processes and performance metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Represent the company at business networking events and industry meetings.
Work closely with management to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Candidate Requirements
3–7 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in real estate, construction, property development, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to independently develop and manage a business territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
