Business Development Associate (BDA)

Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Full-Time Opportunity
- Stipend: As per company policy during the internship/probation period.
- Full-Time CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA.
