Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our online presence across major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, This is a perfect role for a fresher who is tech-savvy, loves online shopping trends, and wants to grow in the digital marketplace industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Inventory
- Upload and manage products on Amazon, Flipkart.
- Write clear product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
- Fix errors in listings and ensure products are visible to customers.
- Keep track of stock levels and update inventory daily.
2. Boosting Sales (SEO & Marketing)
- Research the best keywords to help our products show up in search results.
- Monitor what competitors are doing and suggest ways to stay ahead.
- Help manage and optimize PPC Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands) to improve sales.
- Track performance metrics like ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and ROAS.
3. Operations & Brand Protection
- Manage the Seller Central and Seller Hub dashboards.
- Monitor daily orders, handle returns, and answer customer queries promptly.
- Report and block unauthorized sellers to protect our brand image.
- Maintain a healthy "Account Health" status by following marketplace rules.
Required Skills
- Education: Graduate in any field (Marketing or Business preferred).
- Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets (vLOOKUP, Basics).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with how Amazon and Flipkart work from a seller's perspective.
- Soft Skills: Good written English, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines.
