Summary
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff, maintenance, household budget, schedules, vendor relationships, and household. Ensures a comfortable, efficient, and orderly home environment aligned with employer preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily household operations: cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, errands, and household supplies.
- Manage and supervise household staff (housekeepers, cooks, chauffeurs, nannies, gardeners, etc.): hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and payroll coordination.
- Plan and coordinate events, dinners, and entertaining, including menus, staffing, and setup/teardown.
- Maintain household budgets, track expenses, approve invoices, and coordinate payments.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance; obtain quotes and supervise work.
- Ensure proper care and inventory of household items, linens, wardrobe management, and valuables.
- Oversee grocery and household shopping, meal planning (or coordination with private chef), and special dietary requirements.
- Manage household calendars, travel logistics, packing, and coordination of domestic travel arrangements.
- Ensure health, safety, and security protocols for the home, including supervision of alarm systems, access control, and confidentiality.
- Maintain excellent record-keeping: household manuals, warranties, appliance maintenance schedules, and inventories.
- Anticipate employer needs and proactively solve problems with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience as a house manager, estate manager, household manager, or similar role (experience level may vary by household).
- Experience supervising domestic staff and coordinating vendors.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Basic financial literacy for budgeting and expense tracking.
- Valid driver’s license (if driving duties expected); clean driving record preferred.
- High school diploma required;
additional certifications in hospitality, property management, or related fields preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
