Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Affiliate Marketer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for growing our affiliate network, onboarding and engaging affiliates, promoting campaigns, and helping drive quality traffic, leads, and conversions through affiliate marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, creators, influencers, and marketing partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.
- Promote available brand campaigns, products, offers, and affiliate links.
- Guide affiliates on how to use the platform and generate affiliate links.
- Create strategies to increase affiliate activation and campaign participation.
- Monitor affiliate performance, clicks, leads, conversions, and overall campaign results.
- Follow up with inactive affiliates and encourage them to participate in campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams for promotional creatives and campaigns.
- Research new affiliate acquisition channels, communities, social media groups, and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain affiliate data, reports, and regular performance updates.
- Collect feedback from affiliates and help improve their overall experience.
- Ensure promotional activities follow company and platform guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to approach and onboard new affiliates and partners.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Basic understanding of online campaigns, links, tracking, and conversions.
- Ability to work with Google Sheets/Excel and prepare basic reports.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to take initiative.
- Freshers with good communication and marketing knowledge can also apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience working with affiliate networks, creators, or online communities.
- Knowledge of performance marketing and campaign tracking will be an added advantage.
