Ø Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and ensure continuous growth within existing accounts.
Ø Generate RFQs based on customer requirements and the company's capability.
Ø Submit quotes to customers and follow up regularly to convert leads into orders.
Ø Manage customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Ø Work with the technical team to review and interpret simulation results, aligning them with customer requirements.
Ø Provide regular updates to clients on the status of simulation services and ensure all expectations are met.
Ø Manage transportation logistics for timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Ø Monitor and adhere to transportation schedules, addressing any delays or issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
Ø Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient shipping and delivery of products.
Ø Prepare monthly planning and scheduling for sales activities and target achievement.
Ø Monitor and analyse sales performance, including variance analysis against sales budgets
Ø Follow up on payment receivables and ensure timely collection from customers.
Ø Work with the finance team to resolve any payment-related issues.
Ø Negotiate business terms and conditions with customers to secure LOIs, LOAs, and POs.
Ø Coordinate with internal teams to finalize pricing and contractual terms.
Ø Visit customers regularly for technical reviews and discussions to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
Ø Ensure customer needs are addressed and that any issues are resolved swiftly.
Ø Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing communications, including updates on the website, corporate movies, newsletters, and LinkedIn profiles.
Ø Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company’s visibility in the industry.
Ø Provide monthly sales visibility reports and maintain MIS to track actual sales against targets.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
