Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Have to travel across India)
Job Summary:- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury furnishing market and a proven track record of building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence and ensuring our bespoke interior solutions reach the right audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Strategy:- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the Residential, and commercial interior sectors. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market share in bespoke furnishings, wallpapers, Louvers & Panels, & High-end furniture.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Interior designers, Architects, Developers and corporate clients. Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored furniture and wallpaper solutions.
- Sales Production & Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and conceptual presentation to final closing and after-sales support. Collaborate with the design team to ensure technical specifications, such as colour profiles and material repeats, align with client expectations.
- Market Intelligence::- Continuously research and apply knowledge of current industry trends, materials, and competitor activities to position.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the Luxury furnishing, Wallpapers, Louvers & Panels, Furniture or interior design / Architect industry. Demonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical & Creative Acumen: A strong understanding of design aesthetics, colour composition, and pattern application to effectively sell bespoke solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and basic design tools to manage client portfolios and mock-ups is a plus.
- Professional Attributes: A proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership over the sales cycle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi for high-level negotiations and internal collaboration.
- Education: * A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior
- Design, or a related field is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
