Role Overview
The Inside Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting outreach, and assisting in converting prospects into customers. This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales, communication, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads based on company-defined criteria.
- Schedule counseling/demo sessions for interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update and manage customer information in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
- Understand products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals and maintaining customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
