Billing Engineer (Civil) in construction project billing, quantity estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, and contract management. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of civil engineering drawings, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Measure quantities from drawings and site executions.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning teams, and project managers for work progress and billing updates.
- Maintain records of work completed and payment status.
- Verify contractor/vendor bills as per executed quantities.
- Prepare and track variations, extra items, and escalation claims.
- Ensure billing compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
- Reconcile material consumption and work quantities.
- Assist in cost control and budget monitoring.
- Prepare MIS reports related to billing and project progress.
- Support tendering and estimation activities when required.
- Follow company quality and safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EPC/Construction companies.
- Knowledge of GST billing and project commercial documentation.
- Familiarity with project planning tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
