Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end execution of site construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise construction as per structural drawings, specifications, and approved designs
- Plan and track daily/weekly work schedules against project timelines
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and site protocols
- Handle site measurements, billing, and BOQ verification
- Monitor material consumption and optimize usage
- Resolve on-site technical issues and execution challenges
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and support project planning & costing
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in building projects (residential/commercial)
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, and finishing works
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and IS codes
- Experience in quantity surveying and billing

- Experience in premium/high-end projects

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
