Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a people-oriented approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Track employee attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee queries and support a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, housekeeping, and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Maintain office records, agreements, and important documents.
- Organize company events, employee celebrations, and team activities.
- Handle travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements as required.
- Ensure office infrastructure and facilities are maintained efficiently.
- Support management with administrative tasks and coordination activities.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, or related industries.
- Familiarity with attendance management and HRMS software.
Salary Range
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
