Podcast Hosting & Production
Podcast Hosting
Host long-form podcast interviews and discussions.
Conduct in-depth research on guests before recording.
Prepare interview briefs and discussion points.
Lead engaging, thought-provoking conversations.
Handle both online and in-person podcast recordings.
Content Development
Collaborate with the content team to develop podcast themes.
Contribute ideas for episodes, series, and special segments.
Help identify trending topics in spirituality, culture, and Sanatan Dharma.
Guest Management
Build rapport with guests before and during recordings.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and respected.
Coordinate with the production team for smooth podcast execution.
Audience Engagement
Represent the Naman Yatra brand professionally.
Encourage meaningful audience participation.
Create clips, shorts, and social media engagement opportunities through conversations.
· Experiment with trending formats and technologies to boost reach and relevance.
· Identify potential collaborations, sponsorships, or guest opportunities to expand reach.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
· 3–6 years of experience in hosting, content production, or digital storytelling.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English; Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus.
· On-camera and voice presentation skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.
· Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior.
· Basic knowledge of audio/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Descript, Canva).
· Creative thinker with a keen sense of narrative, pacing, and audience connection.

· Strong research and interviewing abilities.
· Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable managing end-to-end creative cycles.
· Passion for aviation, travel, or technology storytelling (if relevant to your brand).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
