Job Summary
Magnus Institute is seeking an Assistant Operations & Expansion Manager to oversee daily operations and develop partnerships with shops, companies, and organizations for student training and internship opportunities. The role involves both office-based coordination and field activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Manage day-to-day institute operations
- Coordinate with students, trainers, and internship partners
- Monitor training schedules, attendance, and program execution
- Maintain operational records and reports
- Support administrative and management activities
Expansion & Business Development
- Establish partnerships with shops, companies, and organizations
- Conduct field visits and business meetings
- Develop and maintain industry relationships
- Expand internship and training opportunities for students
- Follow up with existing and potential partners
- Achieve assigned growth and partnership targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Business Development, Sales, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Mandatory Requirements
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
