Job Title: Account Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Prepare vouchers and maintain supporting documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable).
- Generate financial reports and assist in month-end closing.
- Maintain accurate filing of financial documents.
- Perform general administrative and accounting support duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 0–1 years of accounting experience (Freshers may apply, if applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
