Job Responsibilities – Dairy Care Team
The Dairy Care Team plays a crucial role in supporting farmers and ensuring optimal animal health, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Farmer Service & Relationship Management
- Visit dairy farms regularly to build strong relationships with farmers.
- Provide guidance on cattle nutrition, feeding practices, and herd management.
- Address farmer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Product Promotion & Usage Guidance
- Educate farmers about company products and their benefits.
- Demonstrate correct usage of cattle feed and supplements.
- Ensure proper adoption of Tiwana products at the farm level.
Animal Health & Nutrition Monitoring
- Assess the health, milk production, and nutritional status of cattle.
- Recommend improvements in feeding practices for better productivity.
- Identify common health issues and suggest preventive measures.
Field Trials & Demonstrations
- Conduct product trials and on-field demonstrations.
- Monitor and document results to showcase product effectiveness.
Data Collection & Reporting
- Maintain records of farm visits, milk yield improvements, and feedback.
- Submit regular reports to management regarding field activities.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets through technical support.
- Help in generating demand by building farmer confidence.
Training & Awareness Programs
- Organize farmer meetings, awareness camps, and training sessions.
- Educate farmers on modern dairy practices and scientific feeding.
Market Feedback
- Collect feedback on competitor products and market trends.
- Share insights with management for product and strategy improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
