The Management Representative is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and applicable customer and statutory requirements. The role includes coordinating internal, external, customer, and certification audits; ensuring timely closure of non-conformities; maintaining quality manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and records; conducting Management Review Meetings (MRMs) and presenting quality performance reports; monitoring quality objectives, KPIs, customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and process performance; driving continual improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, and 5S; ensuring effective document control and compliance across all departments; coordinating with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Maintenance, and HR to maintain QMS effectiveness; supporting supplier quality improvement activities; promoting quality awareness through employee training; and acting as the primary liaison with certification bodies, auditors, and customers on quality-related matters. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 requirements, with hands-on experience in IATF audits, audit preparation, customer-specific requirements, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and quality documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, 5–8 years of experience in the fastener, automotive, or manufacturing industry, excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
