About the Role:CWED is inviting applications from dedicated and dynamic Male/Female candidates for the position of District Coordinator. The District Coordinator will serve as the chief representative of CWED at the district level and will be responsible for leading district-wide programs, women empowerment initiatives, and community development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CWED activities throughout the district.
- Supervise Block Coordinators, and local teams.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate social welfare and women empowerment programs.
- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Organize awareness campaigns, training programs, and outreach activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective implementation of projects.
- Prepare and submit district-level reports and progress updates.
Eligibility:
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Age Limit: 18 to 45 years.
- Minimum Graduation preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in social work, community development, education, or administration is desirable.
- Ability to manage teams and work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
