Tele Calling Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Tele Calling to handle tele-calling activities, manage customer enquiries, support and promote our services effectively. Tele Calling Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates Handle inbound calls and provide clear information about courses/services Follow up on enquiries through calls and WhatsApp Convince potential clients and convert leads into admissions/sales Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-up, and conversions, assist in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Respond promptly to online enquiries and messages .Support & Skills: Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Basic knowledge in social media platforms Ability to communicate confidently over phone calls Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Social Media) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Freshers can apply; experience is an added advantage Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: ₹10,000 per month Incentives based on performance.
