Management of suppliers and job boards, spend across UK, East Europe and Asia.

Management of technology solutions used for recruitment.

Monitoring and allocation of tasks to the team (Recruitment and business development)

Compliance for GDPR process for candidates and building connect with candidates.

Induction of new staff, training of staff members , ensuring they have all the required database access , Satisfactory Knowledge Transfer ( KT) is done in case of employee separation or role changes

Educational Qualifications and Skills

Essential- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent

Minimum 8 years experience in HR & Operations role

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent Excel and MS PowerPoint skills

Ability to work on google sheets , google documents and handle large amounts of data

Highly organised – able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

Fastidious attention to detail
