Job Summary
Le Fabco Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales of premium upholstery fabrics, leather, or interior furnishing products, along with excellent relationship management and channel development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Generate new business from furniture manufacturers, OEMs, architects, interior designers, contractors, and institutional clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and business development meetings.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and exhibitions.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory for business development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- High-quality upholstery fabrics
- Premium vegan leather
- Interior furnishing products
- Home furnishing
- Furniture accessories or decorative materials
- Proven experience in B2B sales, dealer/distributor management, and business development is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent network within the furniture and furnishing industry.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Team handling and leadership capabilities.
- Strong market analysis and planning skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience with premium furnishing brands will be preferred.
- Existing network with furniture manufacturers, architects, interior designers, dealers, distributors, and OEMs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and performance.
