We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can lead Branding, Paid Media, SEO, and AI-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have strong agency experience, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage strategy and execution end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Strategy
- Develop brand positioning and marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build integrated digital marketing plans
Paid Media (Performance Marketing)
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & YouTube campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL & conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and budget management
SEO & Organic Growth
- Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies
- Perform keyword research and content optimization
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies
AI & Automation
- Use AI tools for campaign optimization, reporting, and content workflows
- Stay updated with AI-driven marketing trends
Client Communication
- Lead client meetings and strategy calls
- Present performance reports with insights
- Manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with design and content teams
- Guide branding direction using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of paid ads & SEO
- Understanding of marketing funnels & analytics
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Data-driven and result-oriented mindset
