Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
· Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
· Coordinate internal and external audits.
· Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
· Implement and maintain effective financial controls and risk management processes.
· Support business decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
· Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
· Qualification: CA Inter.
· 10 + years of progressive finance and accounting experience, Statutory Compliance & managerial responsibilities.
