Project Coordinator / Project Manager
Job Summary: The Project Coordinator / Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to completion. The role requires ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards while effectively managing resources, stakeholders, and project risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of project execution from planning to handover.
- Run projects on the ground and ensure all activities are completed as per schedule.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Make payments as might be required in coordination with the costing team.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project progress.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation schedules.
- Monitor daily project activities and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks.
- Track project costs, budgets, and expenditures to avoid cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and risk assessments.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, manpower, and resources.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Drive accountability across teams and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate project handover and closure activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities.
- Strong budget management and cost-control skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
