Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in township development projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and quality control of civil and infrastructure development works.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise civil works for township development projects.
- Manage site execution, including roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, and other infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and material requirements.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, BOQs, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout project execution.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction and infrastructure development.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in township development projects.
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure, and site execution.
- Good coordination, communication, and project management skills.
- Local candidates from Lucknow will be preferred.
