The role of Customer Support Associate (CSA), will be responsible for:
- Answering customer service queries
- Moderating online Community Fora
- Providing friendly and efficient service (via email, live chat, socialmedia, etc.) to Game players to make sure they have a seamless,no-hassle player experience
- Independently working through a queue of tasks with an eye for
- Answering customer queries about product, gameplay & updates
- Answering questions regarding issues
- Escalate product related issues to internal teams & close loop
- Going the extra mile to engage with customers by solving their issues
- and ensuring satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Must successfully pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post secondary degree is a plus
- N2 level Japanese proficiency or close to Native
- Strong grasp of business-level Japanese
- Should be able to handle polite forms (keigo) appropriately
- Reads and responds to tickets/chats with accuracy
- Understands nuance, empathy, and phrasing required for CSAT-
driven environments
- Should communicate with native clients/partners if needed
- The support involves interpreting, negotiations,developer/technical escalations
- Written content review or creation is required (FAQs, macros, help center)
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service or related field
- Forum Experience or Community Management Experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
