Job Summary:-
This role is responsible for optimizing onsite customer experiences, managing merchandising content, and driving engagement through strategic design and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, customer behavior analytics, and content management systems, with a passion for delivering high-impact digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution
- Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement.
- Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion.
2. Customer Experience Optimization
- Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points.
- Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.
3. Content Management & Web Analytics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.
- Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.
5. Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement
- Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
- Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in site merchandising or digital content management, preferably in US/UK markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office/O365 suite and familiarity with web analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with US/India time zones.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in designing and executing customer-centric digital experiences.
