Graphic Designer (Digital Marketing Agency)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both brand identity design and social media creatives, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Understand creative briefs and design requirements from the marketing and other teams.
- Create engaging designs for social media posts, ad creatives, banners, emailers, presentations, and other digital marketing assets.
- Develop branding materials, including brand identity elements, marketing collateral, and visual assets that maintain consistency across platforms.
- Design website graphics and assist with UI/visual assets when required.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Experience designing for both social media and brand communication.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding projects as well as digital and social media creatives.
- Ability to understand concepts and transform them into compelling visual designs.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and creative requirements.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative work environment.
- Must own a laptop
Additional Details
- Location: Baner, Pune
- Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
