Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle customer enquiries, generate sales, and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online portals.
- Convert enquiries into sales through effective negotiation.
- Regular follow-up with existing and new customers.
- Handle B2B portals such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and TradeIndia.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers until order confirmation.
- Maintain customer data and sales records in CRM.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development preferred.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge with Excel, CRM, and SAP.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
