Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to handle customer communication, support lead generation activities, and provide information about the company’s products and services over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain communication records
- Maintain updated customer and call details in the system
- Respond to customer questions and provide basic support
- Meet assigned daily and monthly performance targets
- Ensure polite and professional communication with customers at all times
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
