Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and processing of carbon-based materials (e.g., carbon black, graphite, activated carbon)
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision
- Bag, label, and palletize finished products
- Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or irregularities
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures, including use of PPE (respirators, gloves, safety boots, goggles, etc.)
- Assist maintenance teams during shutdowns or repairs
- Support inventory control and stock movement within the plant
- Comply with environmental regulations and company policies
Working Conditions
- Industrial plant environment
- Exposure to dust, heat, noise, and heavy machinery
- Requires standing for long periods, lifting (up to 25–50 kg depending on policy), bending, and repetitive tasks
- Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
