Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics, aligned with the organization's brand and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management: Help manage the organization's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This involves scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with followers in a timely manner.
Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning, implementation, and tracking of social media campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Identify trends and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform content and campaign strategies.
Community Management: Assist in building and nurturing an active and engaged online community around the organization's brand. Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful conversations.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team and other relevant stakeholders to coordinate social media activities with overall marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a professional and positive online presence and upholding the organization's values and brand guidelines.
