We are looking for a smart, well-presented, Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Provide basic information about the company to clients
- Assist with administrative and office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Fluency in [English / Hindi / Kannada or required languages]
