Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and organized HVAC Supervisor & Store Incharge to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing HVAC store operations, inventory handling, technician supervision, and site coordination activities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support.
Key ResponsibilitiesHVAC Operations & Site Supervision
- Supervise HVAC technicians and monitor daily site activities
- Coordinate installation, servicing, and maintenance activities
- Ensure timely material availability for project execution
- Support smooth execution of HVAC projects and service work
- Coordinate with team members for site-related requirements
Store & Inventory Management
- Handle HVAC store operations and stock maintenance
- Maintain accurate inward and outward material records
- Track inventory and ensure stock availability
- Manage material dispatch for installation and maintenance works
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
Technical Knowledge
- Good knowledge of HVAC spare parts and accessories
- Understanding of copper pipes, fittings, insulation materials, and copper sizes
- Familiarity with AC/HVAC systems and maintenance materials
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in AC / HVAC or relevant technical qualification
- Relevant HVAC field experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to manage both technical and store-related responsibilities efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC materials and spare parts
- Inventory and store handling capability
- Team supervision and coordination skills
- Knowledge of copper piping and HVAC accessories
- Basic computer and Excel skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate with practical HVAC site supervision and store handling experience will be preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment
- Candidates comfortable with local site visits within Kolkata preferred
