Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC Service & Automation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of CNC Router Machines used for stone, wood, and metal applications.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and commissioning of CNC Router Machines at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and software-related faults in CNC machines.
Configure and troubleshoot CNC control systems such as Weihong (NK105/NK260/NK300), Syntec, RichAuto, and other CNC controllers.
Troubleshoot and program Servo Drives, Servo Motors, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), PLCs, Sensors, Limit Switches, and Industrial Automation Components.
Perform preventive maintenance and machine health inspections.
Handle machine wiring, control panel assembly, and electrical troubleshooting.
Support customers remotely and on-site for technical issues.
Maintain service records and prepare technical reports.
Train machine operators on basic operation and maintenance.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CNC Router Machines and Industrial Automation.
Experience with Weihong CNC Controllers, Servo Drives, Servo Motors, and VFDs.
Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and control schematics.
Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems and industrial control panels.
Familiarity with G-Code, machine calibration, and CNC parameter settings.
Hands-on troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Willingness to travel for installation and service work.
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical, or related field.
Freshers with strong automation knowledge may apply.
Experienced CNC Service Engineers will be preferred.
