Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Panchkula team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while working closely with PR, creative, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation, website traffic, and brand awareness through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO coordination, and backlink initiatives.
- Manage social media campaigns and content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and reporting dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, PR teams, and video editors to create high-performing campaigns.
- Plan and execute email marketing and marketing automation campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of content marketing and social media strategy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications will be an added advantage.
