Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, including EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA Act, POSH Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Monitor HR compliance across all skill development centres, project offices, and regional locations.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, employee documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate statutory audits, labour inspections, and donor compliance reviews.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and government reports.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct internal HR compliance audits and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure 100% compliance in employee onboarding, employment contracts, background verification, attendance, leave, payroll, and exit formalities.
- Monitor compliance requirements under government-funded and CSR-funded skill development projects.
- Support implementation and monitoring of the POSH policy and Internal Committee activities.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, labour authorities, auditors, and external agencies whenever required.
- Train HR teams, Centre Heads, and project staff on statutory compliance and HR policies.
- Prepare MIS reports, compliance dashboards, and management reports.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
