PRODUCTION & EXECUTION MANAGER – SIGNAGE & BRANDING

About the Role
Thandora is looking for a responsible and hands-on Production & Execution Manager to manage day-to-day production, manpower, vendors, contractors and site execution for our signage and branding projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production supervision, fabrication, project/site execution, interiors, signage, retail branding, ACP, electrical or related manufacturing industries.
Prior signage-industry experience will be an advantage, but is not mandatory for candidates with strong production and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities and delivery schedules.
- Allocate jobs and responsibilities to production staff based on priority and capability.
- Track every active job from approved artwork/job order through production, QC, dispatch and installation.
- Coordinate printing, fabrication, acrylic work, LED/electrical work, finishing and installation.
- Coordinate with external fabricators, installers, vendors and contractors.
- Ensure required materials are available before production deadlines.
- Understand basic production drawings, measurements and fabrication requirements.
- Verify site measurements and coordinate installation activities.
- Monitor quality, finishing, rework and material wastage.
- Identify delays or technical problems early and escalate them with proposed solutions.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding execution and installation status where required.
- Conduct daily production reviews and maintain production status reports.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, responsibility and proper workflow among the execution team.
- Work closely with management, design and production teams to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to Thandora quality standards.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Preferably 3–7 years in one or more of the following:
- Signage / Branding Production
- Fabrication
- ACP / Façade
- Exhibition / Stall Execution
- Interior Execution
- Retail Branding
- Electrical / LED Projects
- Manufacturing / Production Supervision
- Site / Project Execution
Qualification: Diploma / BE preferred. Candidates with strong relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Most Important
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of execution and gets work completed through proper planning, communication and team management.
This role is not intended for a person who tries to personally complete every production activity. The successful candidate should be able to plan, delegate, follow up, troubleshoot and ensure completion through the team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
