Elahi Music Studio is a creative space built for artists, musicians, storytellers, and creators. We work on original music, artist development, content creation, podcasts, and creative collaborations. We're looking for someone who understands social media culture and can help us build a strong digital presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Social Media Management
* Manage daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
* Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and updates.
* Maintain a consistent content calendar.
* Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
Community Management:-
* Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries professionally.
* Build relationships with artists, creators, and followers.
* Handle collaboration inquiries and basic communication.
Content Coordination:-
* Assist in planning social media campaigns and launches.
* Coordinate with designers, editors, artists, and the content team.
* Ensure timely posting of content and announcements.
Design & Story Creation:-
* Create basic story creatives and announcements using Canva.
* Design simple promotional graphics for events, releases, and studio updates.
* Maintain visual consistency across social platforms.
Growth & Reporting:-
* Track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
* Share monthly performance reports and recommendations.
* Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement.
Requirements:-
* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media trends.
* Basic Canva designing skills.
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Interest in music, entertainment, and creator culture.
* Knowledge of reels, hashtags, and content planning is a plus.
