Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Process Executive to support sales and operational activities related to financial services. The role includes sales login tracking, document and receipt verification, coordination with internal teams and service providers, report preparation, and ensuring accurate processing of customer transactions. Freshers with strong Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain sales login records and ensure timely processing.
- Verify customer documents, payment receipts, and transaction details.
- Coordinate with internal teams for processing of financial products and services.
- Support savings account-related documentation and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for policy-related processes.
- Prepare and maintain reports, MIS, and sales data using Excel.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and documentation.
- Assist in administrative and operational activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, sales support, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification
- B.Com graduates will be given preference.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or sales operations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
