Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Charni Road, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2–3 years
Salary Offered: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Office Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the design team. The role involves producing high‑quality visual assets for both print and digital campaigns, assisting senior designers, and ensuring brand consistency across client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and design assets for print, social media, web banners, and presentations.
- Support senior designers in campaign development, revisions, and final artwork preparation.
- Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with vendors and printers for production.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines to all deliverables.
- Assist with photo editing, retouching, and basic motion/animation tasks as required.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback promptly.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising or agency environment.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; basic knowledge of After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

- Experience preparing print‑ready files and working directly with vendors.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of print and digital work.
- Familiarity with social media design formats and basic motion graphics.
