Job Summary
Accrete is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for direct sales, developing new channel partners, and driving business growth through partner networks. The role focuses on expanding market presence and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate business through direct sales by identifying and approaching potential clients.
· Develop and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and referral partners.
· Drive sales through existing channel partners and support them in closing deals.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
· Conduct product presentations and explain business benefits to prospective clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
· Identify new market opportunities and potential business areas.
· Maintain sales pipeline and update activities in CRM or reporting system.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support of new clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 1–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
· Experience in channel sales or partner management will be an advantage.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
