We are looking for a high-performing, target-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee our luxury designer boutique in Koregaon Park, Pune.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail professional who thrives in a luxury environment, where both fashion knowledge and sales expertise are paramount. You will have the opportunity to lead a prestigious store and deliver exceptional experiences to discerning clientele.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Performance Management
- Drive and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the store.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average billing, upsell %, and client retention.
- Build and nurture a loyal customer base through personalized service and clienteling.
- Lead by example in motivating and coaching sales staff to meet individual performance goals.
Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, effective staffing, and proper scheduling.
- Ensure luxury standards in product presentation, visual merchandising, and store ambiance.
- Coordinate stock management, deliveries, and custom orders in collaboration with the backend team.
- Supervise billing and POS systems, ensuring accurate cash/stock reconciliation and smooth transactions.
Customer Experience
- Personally attend to VIP clients, handling fittings, customizations, and special requests.
- Provide personalized styling advice and in-depth product education to customers.
- Manage after-sales service, including alterations, returns, and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a seamless luxury shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in designer clothing, bridal wear, couture, or premium apparel.
- Sales Target-Driven: Proven success in consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving store profitability.
- Leadership: Strong team management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex customer issues and decisions.
- Client Relationships: Ability to build long-term relationships with HNI/VIP clients and deliver personalized services.
- Multilingual: Fluency in English and Hindi; grooming and etiquette must reflect luxury standards.
- Immediate Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
Bonus Points
- Experience with CRM tools or customer databases.
- Background in styling or fashion design.
- Established relationships with HNI/VIP clients in Pune.
